Job Title: Community Mental Health Advocate
About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Mental Health Advocate to join our team in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust. As part of our Community Mental Health Support Hub, you will be responsible for advocating for the needs of service users and carers, providing support and guidance to help them navigate the mental health system.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with service users, carers, and clinical teams. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other agencies and organizations to ensure that service users receive the best possible support.
The salary for this position is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can also expect a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
