Key Responsibilities

As a Community Hope Advocate, you will be part of a new and transformative service launched in January 2025. Your role will involve working directly with carers and families using a 'Think Family Approach'.

Key responsibilities include facilitating positive change for carers and families, developing cultural change in the wider community, and advocating for carers within the team. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the skills of our multidisciplinary team around carer involvement and offering training where needed.

We welcome individuals who are passionate, motivated, and innovative, with a personal lived experience of mental health issues or caring for someone with mental health issues. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with non-statutory services and service user and carer groups in mental health is required.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have the skills and qualifications we are looking for, please submit your application.
