We are seeking an experienced Higher Education leader to drive the strategic growth and development of our engineering programme at Newbury College. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in a Higher Education setting.

About the Role

The role will involve leading the strategic planning and implementation of the engineering programme, ensuring its future success and educational excellence. This includes liaising with universities to promote our courses and building long-term relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of teaching experience in a Higher Education setting, a research/design background with project management experience, and experience of having completed university validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning and implementation of the engineering programme
  • Liaise with universities to promote our courses and build long-term relationships
  • Be the main point of contact between university partners and stakeholders
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2 years of teaching experience in a Higher Education setting
  • A research/design background with project management experience
  • Experience of having completed university validation
