Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Refrigeration Administrator to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. As a key member of our refrigeration management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our refrigeration division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the refrigeration division, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with the allocation of Asda project orders, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Raise, monitor, and record all purchase and hire orders related to departmental projects, and investigate any invoice queries that may arise.
  • Maintain the equipment hire log to track hire status and ensure costs are controlled.
  • Liaise with equipment suppliers to resolve any delivery issues and notify project managers accordingly.
  • Manage equipment deliveries, returns, and replacements, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
Requirements
  • Strong PC literacy, with experience using FM and telephony systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong results focus and ability to work independently.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to motivate self and others, with a flexible approach to working hours.
