Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Baywater Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Crewe, Cheshire.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring they receive timely and effective support for their oxygen therapy needs. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing workload, including additional tasks and project work, ensuring both internal and contractual KPIs are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing workload, including additional tasks and project work ensuring both internal and contractual KPIs and company and personal objectives are achieved.
  • Completing training, identifying and addressing training needs.
  • Previous customer service experience – this doesn't need to be within a call or contact centre but anywhere where you have managed customers and delivered a great service.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • To be empathetic and understanding.
  • Able to use IT systems including Microsoft Office software.
  • The ability to think quickly and problem solve.
