Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Head Office - Contact Centre.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers to schedule services, MOTs, and vehicle health checks.
  2. Arrange service plans and oversee various product campaigns.
  3. Proactively reach out to remind customers of upcoming services and care needs.
  4. Collaborate within a close-knit team to enhance customer experiences.
  5. Prioritise positive customer journeys in line with Swansway's ethos.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy benefits such as increased holiday entitlement, birthday off, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, company pension scheme, long service recognition, discounts on products and services, and access to our Car Benefit Scheme.
