Food Services Coordinator

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Food Services Coordinator to join our team at Chartwells. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for overseeing all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, and have experience managing teams in a catering environment.
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £34,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all catering and service operations for Chartwells
- Managing culinary and catering teams to ensure high standards of food and customer service
- Communicating regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Liaising between customers and culinary and service teams to ensure high standards of service
- Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Possession of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
