West London Bid Manager Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team in West London.

Job Description:
  • Manage the bid process from initiation to completion, reporting to Director level on opportunity strategies.
  • Lead and direct the bid process through the entire lifecycle, creating winning strategies that result in organic growth.
  • Analyse bid documents and requirements to ensure compliance and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Identify and qualify bidding opportunities, maintaining a bigger picture view of what is required to successfully win bids.
  • Secure new business for the Company via maintaining the bid pipeline and creating winning bids.
  • Ensure client deliverables are achieved within set deadlines, specifications, and governance.
  • Write, edit, and proof-read all bid responses.
  • Work with stakeholders internally and externally to build valuable and effective long-term relationships.
  • Develop and manage future members of the Bid Team as the team grows.

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
