Job Description

The Lion Works School is an independent special school dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for students with complex needs.

We offer a specialist learning provision across key stages 3, 4, and post-16, with a focus on removing barriers to successful learning experiences and outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering interventions and programmes that cater to the diverse needs of our students, including cognition and learning, communication and interaction, social, emotional, and mental health, and sensory and/or physical.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee student programmes in collaboration with therapists and educational staff
  • Deliver 1:1 and group therapeutic interventions both on and off site
  • Engage with families and carers to share best practice and support holistic development
