We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Newcastle store, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. As the face of our business in Newcastle, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, including staff management, customer service, and sales performance.
About You:To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- A strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work independently and make informed decisions, while also being part of a larger team.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
