Job Description:

As our Business Operations Coordinator, you will become the face of the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and serving as a vital link between employees and management. Based in Richmond, UK, your role will combine human resources expertise with office management skills to create an efficient, supportive, and positive work environment.

You will be responsible for coordinating HR initiatives, overseeing office functionality, and contributing to HR projects, process improvements, and serving as an HRIS SME. You will also support performance reviews, policy enforcement, and employee lifecycle activities, as well as assist with onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll reporting.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as the first point of contact for global employee relations queries.
  • Experience with HR systems and MS Office 365.
  • Ability to plan and execute global events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
