Transport Administration Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administration Supervisor to join our team at People Solutions Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our transport fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with transport legislation and regulations
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance and scheduling
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance requirements
  • Collate and present transport information to the planning team
  • Liaise with external functions to achieve transport objectives
Requirements:
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft packages
  • Flexible working hours, including rotating shifts
  • Previous experience in a transport or fast-paced driving environment (desirable)
