Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Senitor Associates. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, Office 365, and other relevant technical tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
