Position Overview

We are seeking a Litigation Support Specialist to join a prominent Housing Association in the North West.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be an integral part of an internal litigation team focused on managing defendant disrepair litigation cases.

  • Handle a substantial caseload while adhering to strict legislative deadlines.
  • Provide assistance and support to paralegals and other team members through various communication methods, including face-to-face interactions, team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Work Schedule

This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. The position allows for remote work, with occasional office attendance required for team meetings and training.

Qualifications

It is essential for candidates to possess experience in housing legislation. Ideally, applicants should hold a legal qualification or be in the process of obtaining a law degree, LPC, CILEX CPQ, or an equivalent credential.
