About the Company

Morson Talent is proud to partner with a leading commercial construction business, looking to hire a Part-Time Pensions Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The office location can be either Hemel Hempstead or London, depending on the candidate's preference.

As a Pensions Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's pension scheme, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing excellent customer service to employees.

Salary Information

We are offering a competitive salary of £72,000 per annum, pro rata based on 3 days per week. The actual salary may vary based on individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing the company's pension scheme, including administration, reporting, and compliance;
  • Providing expert advice on pensions-related matters to employees and colleagues;
  • Collaborating with the HR department to ensure seamless communication and support;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in pensions administration, preferably within a commercial environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office and pensions management systems;
