Pension Administration Specialist

Morson Talent is partnering with a leading commercial construction business to find a skilled Pension Manager for a permanent, part-time role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing pension schemes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers a flexible working arrangement with the option of working from Hemel Hempstead or London offices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the administration of the company's pension scheme.
- Ensuring adherence to pension regulations and laws.
- Providing guidance to employees on their pension options.
- Preparing reports and analyses on pension fund performance.
The successful candidate will hold a strong understanding of pension regulations and possess proven experience in pension management. The salary for this position is £70k to £85k per annum, based on a 3-day working week, pro rata.
