Senior Pensions Administrator

A leading commercial construction business is seeking a skilled Pension Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's pension schemes, ensuring they are administered effectively and in compliance with relevant regulations.
This role requires a strong understanding of pension schemes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
We estimate the salary for this position to be between £70,000 and £85,000 per annum, pro rata based on 3 days per week.
Responsibilities and Expectations:- Manage the administration of company pension schemes, including registration, scheme design, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant pension regulations, such as Auto Enrolment and the Pensions Act.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pension providers, auditors, and other third-party service providers.
- Provide expert advice to senior management and employees on pension-related matters.
