Job Overview

As an ETD Associate at Allegis Global Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting the House Franchises across all relevant Business lines trading Exchange Traded Derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the remediation of queries, trade life-cycling, and day-to-day processing to minimize risk.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Futures & Options products lifecycle across Rates, Commodities, FX & Equities from front to back.
  • Partner with Technology to deliver transformation and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Front Office teams to identify process improvements and drive efficiency.
  • Represent Operations functions and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Engage with industry bodies and vendors to identify opportunities to enhance processes and systems.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and future-proof the ETD Ops model.

Key Processes:

  1. Maintenance of brokers, contracts, and accounts in the banks' systems to ensure STP trade flow.
  2. Top Day Trade Monitoring and allocations for ICE Group, CME Group, and LME.
  3. Monitoring Lifecycle events and clearing.
  4. Trade and Position Reconciliation.
  5. Front Office – Back Office (FOBO) Reconciliations.
  6. Open interest management.
  7. Managing intra-day and EOD cash margin calls.
  8. Option Abandonment/Exercise/Expiry.
  9. MIFID II CPR Position Reporting and CME/CFTC Large Trader Position Reporting.
  10. CME FX Delivery Process.
  11. Balance Sheet Substantiation and Accounting management.
  12. Back Office system processing and EOD running.
  13. Collateral management.
