Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ETD Operations Associate to join our team at E1 EDF Trading Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of derivative positions traded on exchange.
Main Responsibilities
- Process derivative transactions through to completion within the set performance standards.
- Reconcile and report on all Profit Centre and derivative specific records within the set performance standards.
- Ensure that all clearing and execution fees are validated and processed in a timely manner.
- Brokerage reconciliation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
Requirements
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Numerate with a strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high standards of accuracy.
- A team player, confident in building strong working relationships at all levels.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
- Able to follow procedures, identify problems, and follow up on resolution.
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate messages clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues including senior management.
Working Hours
8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
