About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Contracts and Settlements team as an ETD Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process derivative transactions through to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with business procedures.
  • Reconcile and report on Profit Centre and derivative specific records, actively monitoring and clearing open exceptions within set timeframes.
  • Validate and process clearing and execution fees in a timely manner.
  • Brokerage reconciliation and other duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Numerate with strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards of accuracy.
  • Team player with strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to follow procedures, identify problems, and follow up on resolution.
  • Fluent in English with ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Working Hours

8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
