We are seeking a skilled Senior Community Enforcement Advisor to join our team in South Devon.

As a successful social landlord, we employ over 100 dedicated people responsible for managing more than 4,000 homes across the region. Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and foster thriving communities.

This full-time role involves working 37 hours per week. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £30,000-£40,000 based on industry standards and regional living costs.

About the Role:

The Senior Community Enforcement Advisor will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of creating desirable neighborhoods where everyone wants to live. Your primary responsibilities will include enforcing housing regulations, addressing antisocial behavior, and collaborating with local authorities to ensure compliance with community standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce housing regulations and policies to maintain high-quality living environments.
  • Address antisocial behavior through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with local authorities to implement community development initiatives and enhance neighborhood cohesion.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on enforcement activities.
