Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Community Enforcement Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with residents, local stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure that our communities thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with residents, community groups, and local organizations to identify and address community needs;Conduct regular outreach and engagement activities to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders;Develop and implement effective strategies to address antisocial behavior and promote community cohesion;Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver targeted initiatives to support vulnerable residents;Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly and effectively to resident concerns and queries.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, community development, or a related subject;
- Proven experience of working in a community-based role, ideally in a housing or social care context;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions;
- Knowledge of community safety and enforcement policies and procedures.
