Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Shop Supervisor to join our Bubble CiTea team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the team and making decisions about store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards.
  • Supervise and develop the skills of your team members to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
