Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Childcare Centre Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early years education and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the childcare centre, ensuring that all aspects of child development are met. They will work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre
  • Ensure that all aspects of child development are met
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Essential)
  • Enhanced DBS check (we will cover the costs)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for early years education and working with children
