Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Ad Warrior team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our premises, ensuring that they remain safe, secure, and functional.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estates management, with experience in managing teams, budgets, and projects. They will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the Centres commercial properties in liaison with managing agents
* Act as Line Manager for the Centres Maintenance Technicians
* Prepare and manage the Estates annual budget

Requirements:
* Proven track record of setting and working within budgets
* Demonstrable experience of managing workplace health and safety
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report writing

Salary: £39,500 - £44,000 per annum.
