Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Language Centre Supervisor to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the language centre, ensuring that students receive a high-quality educational experience and have a memorable time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of staff members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy that aligns with BSC Education Ltd's goals and objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that expenses are minimized and value is maximized.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, and colleagues, to foster a positive and supportive community.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote a safe and inclusive environment for students.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in language teaching or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working with children and young people, with knowledge of child protection and safeguarding policies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively, with a flexible approach to work.
