Rigging Team Supervisor

Compensation Package: This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Rigging Team Supervisor to oversee the loading/unloading of vehicles, schedule cleaning, and ad-hoc repairs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the seasonal crew, including scheduling, reporting hours, and communicating payroll.

  • Build and dismantle marquees and interiors, working with suppliers and clients on site.
  • Lead the team in scheduling and planning work.
  • Ensure awareness of stock levels and communicate to relevant team members.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient working environment.
  • Support the recruitment process for seasonal staff and lead, train, and inspire team members.
  • Administer company strategy and process, communicate with suppliers/third parties.
  • Represent the Company's Brand and Culture.
  • Maintain the company Health and Safety policy.
  • Assist the wider team members when necessary.
  • Be part of the sales process, involved in communication.
  • Take on additional responsibilities such as refurbishing equipment, cleaning, reorganisation, and planning.

Essential Qualification:

A Full UK driving Licence is required for this role.
