Job Overview

The Patient Pathway Team Leader plays a pivotal role in coordinating and maintaining the delivery of an efficient and professional administration support service within Ear, Nose and Throat. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, enabling effective line management, supervision, and support to Patient Pathway Administrators, Assistant Patient Pathway Administrators, and Reception Supervisors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Digital Correspondence Management
  • Patient Support and Administrative Tasks
  • Continuous Management of Diagnostic Patient Tracking Lists

This role demands strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the Service Manager and Patient Pathway Administrators to ensure seamless execution of tasks. Proficiency in digital transcription systems and the capacity to manage complex information are essential for success in this position.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. A thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures is also necessary for effective disciplinary procedure implementation.

Salary: £29,970 - £36,483 per annum pro rata
