Job Overview

As an Assistant Shop Manager at Charles Tyrwhitt, you will be responsible for influencing and exceeding sales targets, maximising KPI goals, ensuring excellent customer service experience, and driving the operational metrics of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and work alongside the sales team to identify and exceed sales opportunities and targets
  • Build lasting relationships and connections with customers
  • Manage customer appointments (including corporate clients and wedding parties)
  • Manage customer feedback with the Store Manager

The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate others to achieve and work to very high standards, coaching and leadership skills, highly commercial with strong analytical skills, stock management and loss prevention experience, knowledge of understanding systems with a good understanding of Microsoft Office, and strong relationship building skills and stakeholder/customer management.
