We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Clinisupplies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment.

The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering and exceeding sales targets for Aquaflush, working closely with our clinical team to establish product usage across the region, and representing the company at regional consumer events to develop relationships with key healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

The following provides an indication of the key responsibilities involved in this role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties that you may be required to do

Delivering Sales Results

  • Deliver and exceed agreed sales targets for Aquaflush
  • Work closely with the Regional Business Managers, Commercial Managers and the Neuro Business Development Manager to establish product usage across the region
  • Represent the company at regional consumer events to develop relationships with key healthcare professionals

Developing Relationships

  • Support partnering Trusts with the provision, promotion and implementation of pathways for patients to access our services through our Care+/Nightingale+ programs within Nightingale Delivery service
  • Develop a thorough understanding of both secondary and primary care within the NHS, and the changing face of the NHS
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the formulary process and ability to influence for positive positioning of Clinisupplies products

Communication and Presentation

  • Provide effective weekly updates of company IT requirements, CRM, Calendar, Monthly reports to National Sales Manager
  • Assist colleagues when needed for example with training, formulary or discharge policy rollout etc.
