New Business Development Manager Position in the Midlands/South Yorkshire Region

We are looking for a Key Account Business Leader to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with high-value customers in the Midlands/South Yorkshire region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, secure, and manage key accounts, driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with high-value customers.
  • Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with customers to position Brakes as their preferred supply partner.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality tender submissions and support the launch of new business wins.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new business development or national account roles, with success in winning tenders across multiple sectors.
  • Excellent customer relationship-building skills and commercial acumen.
  • Knowledge of the Brakes business and the Hospitality/Catering marketplace.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for building presentations and evaluating tenders.
