About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Rapid Response Carer to join our team at UK Phoenix Healthcare Limited. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to service users in their homes, promoting independence and dignity. This role will require the individual to travel up to 100 miles from their home postcode with minimal notice on their rostered days.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the palliative and complex care sectors and hold a valid driving license. They must also be able to provide extensive hands-on experience in supporting a variety of different service users.

Working Conditions:

The working hours for this role are flexible and can range from 32 to 40 hours per week. The schedule includes days, nights, and weekends, with every second weekend off.
