About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our service user.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

As a key member of our care team, you will work without direct supervision in the home of the service user, providing personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to their individual care and support plan.

Your role involves not only providing companionship and support but also delivering specialist care by staying attentive to their needs and managing their clinical interventions as required.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for working with individuals with complex needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide personal, social, and domestic support to the service user
  • Deliver specialist care by staying attentive to the service user's needs and managing clinical interventions as required
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. Nursing, Health Science)
  • Experience in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
