  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes.
  • A strong understanding of leadership and management principles, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential.
  • The successful candidate must be able to motivate and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary package of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme and comprehensive training opportunities.
