About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Support Worker to support individuals with complex needs in Tamworth. As a member of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality care, promoting independence, and enhancing the lives of our service users.

This role requires experience working in a healthcare setting with complex care experience, including catheter care, stoma care, spinal experience, bowel management, and Tracheostomy Care. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.01 per hour, paid weekly, along with flexible shifts, opportunities for professional growth, and access to training programs, including NVQs. Our comprehensive benefits package includes covering the cost of your DBS update service fee.

Essential Requirements
  • 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting with complex care experience
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of the healthcare sector

Please note that this role involves assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management, as well as building strong relationships with service users.
