About the Team

Jupiter Recruitment's residential service is seeking an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join their team in the Tamworth, West Midlands area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare provision, specifically supporting individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome.

Job Details
  • Full-time position, 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate support for residents, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered.
  • Oversee key areas of service provision, taking charge in the absence of the Registered Manager.
  • Lead a team of staff, manage rotas, and meet with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrable managerial experience within a similar role, managing and supervising a staff team.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
  • Committed to quality care and service provision, with a good understanding of person-centred, needs-led, and outcome-based services.

Compensation

The successful Deputy Care Home Manager will receive a competitive salary of £28,080 per annum (£13.50 per hour).
