We are seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to lead our brand new 4 bed residential home for young people with learning disabilities or physical disabilities.

About the Role
  • Oversee a team of staff in providing high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Ensure the overall well-being and safety of residents, including their physical and emotional health.
Requirements
  • Registered Manager qualification (RMA) and relevant experience in children's care.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
