About the Role

At Arius, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a B2B SaaS/tech environment. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer success and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a B2B SaaS/tech environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
