As a Housekeeping Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort within our village facilities and households.
Salary: £12 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate qualities that deliver the Belong vision and values by upholding the core principles of our organisation.
- Communicate clearly and maintain a professional manner at all times to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and customers.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs and achieve organisational goals.
- Prioritise tasks and complete them to the required standard and in a timely manner to maintain high levels of service quality.
- Undertake moving & handling of loads, which may involve using specialist equipment to prevent injury and ensure efficient workflow.
- Complete housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry, using relevant equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Complete written work records to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a good customer care focus with a desire to serve others and provide exceptional support.
- Awareness of Health and Safety requirements and ability to follow product safety advice sheets and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Reliable and able to fulfill contracted hours and work patterns, e.g., days, evenings, weekends, to meet organisational demands.
- Diploma/NVQ 2 in Cleaning & Building Interiors or equivalent (essential or working towards) to demonstrate expertise and commitment.
- Previous commercial or domestic cleaning experience to bring valuable skills and knowledge to the role.
