**Responsibilities:**
  • Provide top-notch cleaning services to our hotel rooms, ensuring every guest has a memorable stay.
  • Clean all assigned guestrooms, paying attention to detail and ensuring every area meets our high standards.
  • Sign in and out master keys daily, upholding security and accountability.
  • Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Update and record all cleaned rooms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Return lost and found articles to the Housekeeping Office, properly tagging and storing items.
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures, upholding high standards of service and quality.


**Requirements:**
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
