Job Title: Room Attendant Support Specialist
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Room Attendant Support Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our hotel.
Main Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean guest rooms to meet our high-quality standards, paying attention to detail to ensure every aspect of the room is spotless. Replenish linen and guest supplies to ensure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving any issues that may arise. Ensure our guests feel valued and cared for during their stay with us.
- Maintenance and Reporting: Report maintenance faults and lost property to the relevant departments, helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests. Conduct regular checks to ensure appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and compliant with regulations.
