About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Crewe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing fuel customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling our core products, and developing strategies to increase revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Making outbound calls, responding to inbound calls and emails, promoting our self-service portal, and creating working relationships with colleagues across divisions
Identify opportunities for cross-selling our core products and develop strategies to increase revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements
New business sales/account management experience
Ability to understand and discuss various products and business areas
Strong communication skills
Good organisation skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
