About You

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our Business Expense sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to upsell our business Mastercard (Velos) and explain how Velos can benefit their business.

Responsibilities:

">
  • CONDUCTING CALLS WITH POTENTIAL AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS TO EXPLORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH.
  • SUPPORTING OUR CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE SALES PROCESS FROM CREDIT APPLICATIONS, ACTIVATIONS AND HELPING THEM TO GET UP AND RUNNING WITH THEIR PRODUCT.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship between Radius and its customers.
  • DRIVING CONVERSATIONS WITH OUR CURRENT CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR REQUIREMENTS AND DISCUSSING ANY POTENTIAL/ CURRENT CHALLENGES THEIR BUSINESSES ARE FACING AND HOW VELOS CAN SOLVE THOSE ISSUES.
  • Working towards achievable sales targets and being financially rewarded to support the ongoing growth of this fast-growing division.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Driven, target-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to customer needs and feedback.
  • Previous sales experience is desirable - we are looking for motivated individuals eager to develop a career in sales.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs is beneficial.
