The role:

This Customer Success Manager will be responsible for…

  • Providing continuous support and training on existing accounts, ensuring clients are nurtured at all times.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to help mould and identify ways in which clients can get the best out of the software.
  • Working cross functionally with other departments to become the voice of the customer and guarantee a smooth and profitable process.
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring they are well steered for deployment as quickly as possible.


About you:

  • Proven Customer Success / Account Management / Sales background within a B2B SaaS/tech environment
  • Track record of retaining high value clients, successfully taking them through the renewal process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Package:

  • Base salary to £45,000 + great benefits
