Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing team in the SaaS space. This role will focus on providing continuous support and training on existing accounts, ensuring clients are nurtured at all times.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally with other departments to become the voice of the customer and guarantee a smooth and profitable process. Additionally, they will be tasked with onboarding new customers and ensuring they are well-steered for deployment as quickly as possible.

With a track record of retaining high-value clients, successfully taking them through the renewal process, this individual will be a trusted advisor to help mould and identify ways in which clients can get the best out of the software.
