Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Radius Payment Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our electric charging and on-road services businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with excellent communication skills to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for developing financial reporting, acting as a finance business partner, and providing financial insights and solutions to drive business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop financial reporting for electric charging & on-road services.
  • Act as Finance business partner for electric charging & on-road services.
  • Challenge business performance and provide financial insights and solutions.
  • Production and presentation of monthly performance analysis.
  • Building relationships with Commercial and sales teams.
  • Develop and implement strong controls and procedures within the finance area, providing a strong base for the continued rapid growth of the business.
  • Streamline and improve all operations and accounting systems. Document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.

Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience of fostering strong working relationships within the finance team and across the organisation
