About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. In this challenging and rewarding position, you will oversee daily operations and ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.

Salary: £15.75 per hour (equivalent to approximately £32,444 per annum based on 30 hours working).

Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role within our organization. As a Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of caregivers and supervise their work. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting progress, and collaborating with other departments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills. A full UK driver's license is required, as you may need to transport staff or equipment. Relevant experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with EUPD and Autism, is essential. Proficiency in using electronic systems, such as EUPD, is also necessary.
