Healthcare Manager

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled and experienced Clinic Supervisor to oversee the supervision, tuition, assessment, and internal verification of students participating in our Clinical Herbalism/Herbal Therapeutics programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to support learner progress through observation, assessment, and guidance.
About the Role- The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and critically assessing group tuition in appropriate curriculum areas.
- They will also undertake clinic workshops/inductions and ensure that students meet the required standards.
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., herbal medicine, healthcare management) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of leadership and supervision in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
