We are recruiting a highly experienced Deputy Service Manager to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Ltd. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing our Supported Living Service and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Deputy Manager in services for individuals with learning disabilities or complex needs. A relevant health or social care qualification or professional qualifications like Nursing, OT, or social work are essential. Your understanding of positive behaviour support and managing challenging behaviour must be current.

In exchange for your expertise and commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, based on your experience. You will also benefit from ongoing paid-for training and development, 34 days annual leave, including 8 bank holidays and your birthday off, life assurance, Cycle2work scheme, healthcare cash plan, company pension, and Employee Assistance Programme.
