About the Role:
As a highly organized and experienced individual, we are seeking an exceptional Service Delivery Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a young and ambitious company that has made a significant impact on the lives of adults with Autism, mental health, and learning disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a package of care for one person, working from home, and ensuring excellent recruitment, retention, and engagement of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment, Retention, and Engagement of Staff Team(s)
  • Leading Continuous Professional Development of Teams
  • Undertaking Regular Quality Supervisions, Appraisals, Debriefs, Team Meetings
  • Staff Observations (Positive Monitoring) and Competency Assessments
  • Covering Shifts and Managing Rotas
  • Liaising with Housing Providers for Repairs and Maintenance

Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with excellent knowledge of mental health conditions, Autism, and learning disabilities. You should possess great people skills, be able to work independently, and have strong organizational abilities. A salary of £37,000 - £38,000 per annum is available for this role.
